MAX Restaurant Revival

In "MAX Restaurant Revival", a docutainment format on Joyn (2024), a struggling restaurant is rescued in every episode — by a team made up of hospitality expert Kemal Üres, Michelin-starred chef Maximilian Lorenz and interior architect Dean Ward of Brandstifter. Season 1 centred on the "S-Bar" in Cologne.

Our part was the spatial breakthrough: concept, furniture build and the "big makeover" on camera — turning a tired dining room back into a place guests are happy to return to. Interior fit-out under time pressure and in front of a TV audience — proof that good craftsmanship makes the decisive difference.
